Harrington Beach State Park is a Wisconsin state park on the shore of Lake Michigan. In addition to a mile-long beach, the park contains a white cedar swamp surrounding a lake which used to be a stone quarry. The Park provides campgrounds, hiking trails, picnic, and bird watch areas. ==History== The history of Harrington Beach goes back thousands of years ago when there was a prehistoric economy, yet there hasn't been any reports or signs of archeological sites being founded. There has been suggestions that there might be sites possibly still in existence within the park.
